What Scout Does
Scout finds relevant tenders, contracts, RFPs, government grants, and procurement opportunities that match your business. He checks your Brain for your industry, services, and capabilities — then surfaces only the opportunities that are genuinely relevant to you. Scout flags deadlines prominently so nothing slips past, and saves tenders to your list for review.
Scout never submits an application without your explicit approval — everything goes through the pending actions queue.
How to Get the Best Results
- Tell Scout your industry and location. The more specific, the better the tender matches.
- Include your services in the Brain. Scout matches opportunities to what you actually do.
- Be clear about what you're looking for. "Find public sector IT tenders in Ireland under €100k" works better than "find tenders."
- Set your capacity. Scout won't recommend a €500k tender if you're a solo freelancer.
